Manchurian is a flavourful Chinese dish that consists of delicious, melt-in-the-mouth vegetable balls, dunked into spicy, tangy, aromatic gravy. Pair it with noodles, fried rice or plain rice. Net result- a delightful burst of flavours on the tongue and a ready-to-eat, lip-smacking quick meal! No wonder it is everyone’s favourite Chinese dish! It also makes a wonderful instant mix travel food.
1. Add water 125 to135 ml of water to the contents of the pack and prepare a smooth batter
2. Pick Batter in small quantity and fry them
3. Pour Sauce in the pan (inside the packet) and saute along with Manchurian for a minute
